He's fantastic at following any instructions I give him for videos, and I'm so pleased with the work he does when I tell him to just "do what you want and make it look good" when I have no specific instructions for a video. He also gives suggestions on things to try out and is also happy to try out my ideas too if I have any.
As he makes online content himself, he's aware of what works, doesn't work, and is necessary to add to social media videos (e.g. the length of outros for YouTube, etc.). Honestly, I feel like I can genuinely trust him to do a great job and I'm really happy working with him."
